Meet Julija, the creator

Head of Gut-directed Fitness


A certified yoga teacher with over 8 years of experience in the wellness field. Her expertise extends to therapeutic aspects of yoga, particularly related to supporting individuals dealing with gut-related issues, such as IBS, through tailored yoga practices that promote digestive health. 

Fostering holistic well-being and harmonious lifestyle by the means of yoga practice is her passion. She is also strongly focused on improving women’s wellness during pregnancy and is enrolled in Prenatal Yoga Teacher training.

Julija is currently teaching personal and group yoga sessions in various yoga styles both in-person and online. 
In her classes, expect a safe, supportive and encouraging atmosphere for all, deep appreciation for the philosophy of Yoga, knowledge of anatomy, yoga asana alignment, pranayama (yogic breathing techniques) and therapeutic yoga aspects. 

Julija’s empathetic approach to client’s individual needs and goals will motivate and inspire you on your individual path to health & wellbeing.
